Entree- House cold smoked Ora King salmon, green apple, horseradish mayo, radish
Main- Slow cooked lamb shoulder, Jerusalem artichoke puree, baby carrot, sprouting cauliflower
Dessert- Dark chocolate parfait, flourless orange cake, mandarin
Wed 7th August
Entree- Chicken liver parfait, toasted brioche, spiced dark cherry
Main- Pan fried fish, bouillabaisse sauce, softened leeks
Dessert- Classic meyer lemon tart, raspberry sorbet
Tues 27th August
Entree- Pork hock terrine, proscuitto, cornichon, caper, mustard, toasted ciabatta
Main- Braised beef short rib, mustard mashed potato, cavolo nero, baby onion
Dessert- Espresso panna cotta, dark chocolate ganache, biscotti crumb

Your $85 per head ticket includes live jazz and your three course dinner. Beverage is available over and above the pre-paid ticket price on the evening.
Booking is essential, and is made on a first-in first-served basis.
Due to high demand, payment is required within 48hours of being provided with confirmation and reference number, after which time your space will be made available to the next on the list.
Set menu is fixed. Allergies, vegetarian and vegan diets are able to be catered to by pre-arrangement only. No changes can be made on the evening.
While we have made all best endeavours to ensure our guests are seated where they can view the jazz band, not all tables have a direct line of sight. We hope you can enjoy the music and atmosphere and understand the unique limitations that this type of venue may have.
